I am an amateur photographer based in Lausanne Switzerland. I always had an interest in graphic arts as well as in music. I followed some formal training in drawing and sculpting during high school and during my medical training and enjoyed painting a lot during this period. I also played the bass in a rock band. I currently work as an interventional radiologist at the Genolier Clinique in Genolier Switzerland.

Travel Photography

Travel photography has always fascinated me as a reader. To me it is a way to escape our day to day routine and let our mind wander along with the pictures in a book. As a photographer I try hard to transmit the feelings I experienced during my trips rather than a bland description of what I saw.

Live Music

As an amateur rock musician I have a profound interest in capturing the energy of rock concerts. Being in the front row at an arm’s reach of the musicians and taking raw pictures without flash is what I enjoy the most.

Mountain Lights

Since I was a teenager I always loved to wander into the wilderness. And in Switzerland we are lucky enough to have an infinite playground in the Alps and surrounding territories. So I have grown to be an amateur mountain climber and trekker and as I a have always loved to bring back memories from those epic moment in the mountains , I always carried either a sketch book or a camera during my hikes and climbs.

Black & White

The process of developing black and white film and being able to print my pictures myself, at home, in my own basement, has always been a powerful drive force to keep shooting black and white film and experiment with it as much as I could.
